South America is a continent which are located mostly in the southern hemisphere. It stretches from the border with Panama and the sørligste islands in the Caribbean in the north-west, and almost all the way to Antarctica in the south. South America, bordering the Pacific Ocean to the west and the Atlantic Ocean to the east.
